Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We are based in Indonesia and ship internationally using DHL Express.

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Indonesia).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, sales periods, or promotional campaigns, processing time may be extended.


3. Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via:

DHL Express (International Courier Service)

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

3–7 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to customs procedures, local regulations, or unforeseen delays.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • DHL rate calculation

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.


5. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • VAT or local government fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping cost and related fees may be deducted from the refund.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A DHL tracking number

You may track your shipment directly through the DHL website.


7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Remote area delivery

  • DHL operational delays

However, we will assist you in tracking and coordinating with DHL if necessary.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Provide photos (if damaged) and your order number.

We will coordinate with DHL to investigate the issue.


10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be restricted in specific countries due to local regulations.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items are permitted for import in their destination country.
